Unlike other devices, iCare is not a disposable product, all 3 sensors are replaceable, and the battery is also rechargeable (needed a few times per year) and made of UV and sanitizer-resistant plastic.

Peace of Mind:

iCare monitors 24/7 through a free simple App and does all the hard work for you. It will analyze your water, give you notifications, and give you recommendations on what to add and how much to add, along with convenient reminders for regular care (cleaning filter(s), drain and clean, replacing cart, adding Soft Skin Spa™, etc.). This is not attached to the spa equipment, and it works independently from the spa. For example, if your hot tub loses power and starts to lose temperature, you will get notified. If bad weather is approaching, you will get notified to check your cover.

Super easy

The IdealCare monitor makes self servicing your spa very easy. There has been a learning curve and due to my error or lack of information I destroyed about three of them but but the customer service is excellent and guarantee works great. now I think I understand what I’m doing wrong. Taking my water sample to the pool store created an up-and-down cycle chemicals and was very expensive. Now that I have money under control, I use much less in the way of chemicals and worry free.

Worked great for 7 months until battery needed recharging

We've had our iCare for approximately 7 months, and it was working great until a couple of weeks ago when the app gave a message saying the unit needed to be charged. I removed the iCare from my hot tub, followed the instructions for recharging (wiped it dry, opened it up to access the port, let it air dry overnight before even attempting to charge, used the cord that came with the unit, etc. and it won't charge. The light just keeps flashing all the different colours and the bluetooth seems to have stopped working. So essentially, this has turned into a very expensive flashing paperweight.

Poor customer service

Ordered new iCare (1/8/25), arrived promptly but pH probe never worked. Went thru Ondilo and they confirmed defective probe with replacement in 7 days. After 4 emails and today 3/28/25, still no replacement. Call from CEO said to check water alkalinity, which I did (was 120 on sample to hot tub dealer. Gave this info to Ideal, still not action.

The PH monitor stopped working and battery wouldn’t charge on my old iCare after a year and a half. Bought a new one- again- the PH monitor isn’t working.
