iCare Calibration kit for pH and ORP bundle

I got $0.50 worth of liquids that determined my entire unit is no longer functioning correctly. Customer service did offer a discount on a new unit but it is still too expensive considering the life is only 18 months. I found a unit on Amazon that measures everything for $25 and comes with calibration liquids.

Adequate for the task

The oh did not work used the whole bag trying over and over no one to get a hold of

EXPENSIVE FLOAT-- WHEN IT WORKED IT WAS GREAT, BUT WHEN IT DIDN'T ALOT OF TIMES SPENT ON TRYING TO FIX 3 OF THEM. & EXPENSIVE TO TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG--NOT GREAT SUPPORT, AND OVERSEAS COMMUNICATION- TOOK FOREVER. THE HOT TUB PLACE I PURCHASED IT FROM WAS OF NO HELP, AND THEY NO LONGER CARRY ICARE.

When the product works it's great. The instructions and manufacturer videos and customer support are terrible. I got lucky by watching The hot tub lady on you tube. It's actually very simple to use if they worked on the instructions.
